Sixth House Talent Inc. ("Sixth House", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through sixthhouse.ca, how we use it, and your choices. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

  1. WHAT WE COLLECT
    When you fill out a form on our site, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as:

  • Talent and LIVE applications: name, email, phone number (optional), social media handles, platform, follower count, niche, city and country, and anything you tell us about yourself.

  • Brand inquiries: name, company, email, website, budget range, campaign goals and timeline.

  • Careers interest: name, email, role of interest, LinkedIn or portfolio link, and your message.

  • General emails you send us.
    Our website host may also automatically collect basic technical data, such as browser type, device, and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.

  1. HOW WE USE IT
    We use your information only to:

  • Review applications and contact you about representation or Sixth House LIVE.

  • Respond to brand inquiries and set up partnerships.

  • Consider you for future roles.

  • Answer your questions.

  • Improve and protect our website.
    We do not sell your personal information.

  1. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
    We only share your information when needed to do the above, for example:

  • With brands, if you are signed talent and a partnership requires it (with your knowledge).

  • With service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and form tools. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

  • When required by law.

  1. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
    We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. If you are not signed or hired, we may keep your application on file for up to 2 years in case a future opportunity fits, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

  2. HOW WE PROTECT IT
    We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected accounts and limited access. No method of online storage is 100% secure, but we take care to protect what you share with us.

  3. YOUR RIGHTS
    You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at hello@sixthhouse.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

  4. MINORS
    Our services are intended for people 18 and older. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us before applying.

  5. CHANGES
    We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it was updated.
